As an aperitif, it would go well with oyster meat, two thin medallions of frozen burata and a slice of Granny Smith apple. Or with cold nectarine and orange ragout flavored with lemon juice. With dishes or desserts with a distinct freshness and low sweetness, simple in body, fruity.
