Great as an aperitif, with its fruity and pleasant beads, it arouses your mouth, refreshes you and prepares you for consumption. Aromas of apple, peach and linden bloom.

As an aperitif, it would go well with oyster meat, two thin medallions of frozen burata and a slice of Granny Smith apple. Or with cold nectarine and orange ragout flavored with lemon juice. With dishes or desserts with a distinct freshness and low sweetness, simple in body, fruity.
