Beautifully ripe wine with dominant aromas of ripe fruit and mown hay, the aromatic experience is augmented by the herbal notes associated with citrus, especially grapefruit. The wine is extremely harmonious, the ratio of acid to sugar is very balanced, which makes this wine extremely drinkable. It has a rich body as much as its variety allows, it has a lasting taste and an intense general impression in the mouth.

Veal or mushrooms more pronounced in structure and aromatics with mint, white pepper, dill and butter sauce with a few drops of frantoio and grilled zucchini. With dishes of fuller structure, higher and richer aromatics, with side dishes that tend to be sweet, medium-bodied.
